Returns Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If you’re not fully delighted with your purchase, you can return any unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 60 days of the shipping date.

Free Returns:

Get a free return by selecting a refund in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card, equal to the value of your returned items. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund to your original payment method, though additional fees may apply.

Please Note:

  • After the 60-day period, all sales are final, and returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns for items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, or purchases made through Amazon or Walmart require special instructions (see the section below).

Final Sale Items: These cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send back a final sale item, no refund will be issued, and the item will be donated to a local charity near our Indianapolis, IN distribution center.

HOW TO START A RETURN ONLINE – FAST AND EASY

How to Return Your Items:

  1. Start Your Return: Visit our return portal.
  2. Enter Details: Input your Order Number and Zip Code.
  3. Select Items: Choose the item(s) and reason for the return.
  4. Select Refund Method:
    • FREE RETURN: Receive a non-expiring e-gift card for the full value of your returned items. The e-gift card can be used at any FullBeauty brand, including Woman Within, Roaman’s, Catherine’s, Jessica London, Ellos, Active for All, Intimates for All, Shoes for All, Swimsuits for All, Brylane Home, KingSize, OneStopPlus, or FullBeauty Outlet.
    • Refund to Original Payment Method: A $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose either the Happy Returns Bar or pre-paid shipping label options.
  5. Select Return Method:
    • Drop off at Happy Returns Bar:
      • Receive a QR code via email for a no-contact drop-off.
      • Access over 9,000 drop-off locations nationwide.
      • No need to package or label your return.
      • Your refund will be initiated immediately, with a $10.99 fee deducted if refunded to the original payment method.
    • Return Using Pre-paid Shipping Label:
      • Print the pre-paid shipping label and packing slip.
      • Securely pack the item, include the packing slip, and attach the shipping label.
      • Drop off at any FedEx location.
      • Keep the tracking number for reference.
      • Processing takes 2-3 weeks, and you’ll receive an email when completed. A $10.99 fee will be deducted if refunded to the original payment method.
    • Return by Purchasing Your Own Shipping Label:
      • Print the packing slip.
      • Securely pack the item, include the packing slip, and attach your shipping label (at your own cost).

HOW TO START A RETURN WITH A PACKING SLIP – MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS

We offer a convenient way for you to return your item(s) using the invoice and documentation provided with the original packaging.

  1. Find the packing slip in the original packaging of your order.  
  2. Select the “Item” and “Reason for Return”.  
  3. Select “Refund Method”:
  4. FREE RETURN in exchange for a non-expiring e-Gift Card for the full dollar amount of your returned item(s). This card is redeemable at any ApparelsFox Brand: Woman Within, Roaman’s, Catherines, Jessica London, Ellos, Active for All, Intimates for All, Shoes for All, Swimsuits for All, Brylane Home, KingSize, OneStopPlus, or ApparelsFox Outlet. If you select the “Purchasing your own shipping label” option, shipping is at customer’s expense.
  5. Refund to your original method of payment: a $10.99 fee will be deducted from your refund when you choose your refund to be returned to the original method of payment.

HOW TO RETURN A HEAVY ITEM

f you need to return a heavy item, please note that an item is considered heavy if it weighs over 70 lbs. All oversized and heavy items must be returned individually via FedEx Ground, and the cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. My Refund

Returns for Refund to e-Gift Card

Your return is free when you choose to receive a refund in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card. It typically takes about 2-3 weeks to process your return. If we have your email on file, you can expect to receive your e-gift card information via email approximately 1 week after your return has been processed. 

For customers who do not have an email address, please allow an additional week to receive your gift card details by mail. Please note that e-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Be sure to retain the e-gift card number and PIN for your records. Apparelsfox is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.

The e-gift card information is stored in our system for 90 days. After that, while your e-gift card will remain valid, you will need to reference the details provided in your refund email to redeem the card on future orders.

Returns for Refund to Original Payment Method

If you prefer to have your refund credited back to your original payment method (minus a $10.99 fee, if applicable), this process usually takes around 3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 

If your purchase was made by check, money order, or gift card, a refund check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of your order. 

Please note: If you used a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be credited to the alternative payment method used for the order.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed, or do not meet the criteria for returns. Additionally, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for products returned after 60 days from the original shipping date. After 60 days, all sales are considered final.

My Return Status

Checking on a Return is Easy

To check the status of your return, simply select “Order Status” on our website. Once we receive your return, it will be marked as “Returned,” along with the date we received and processed it.

Do We Have Your Email Address?

If you’re a registered user or if you’ve provided us with your email address, you will receive two confirmation emails. The first email will be sent when we receive your return, and the second when your return has been processed. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return, and an additional 7 business days for the return credit to be posted to your account.

Can I Track My Return?

Yes, you can track your return! If you used the return label provided by us, visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number provided at the time of your return.

For heavy item returns, you can track your return on FedEx.com. Once we’ve received and processed your return, the status in your account will update to “Returned.” Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date you mail the return for processing.

THIRD-PARTY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please follow the instructions on the packing slip included with your third-party shipment and return the item(s) to the specified return address. Keep in mind that third-party vendors may have different return policies. All sales are final after 60 days from the original ship date.

Once you return the item(s), please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for the return to be processed and the refund to be posted to your account, minus return label charges and postage fees (refer to the “My Refund” section for more details).

International Customers

Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days from receipt. Please note that returns received after 60 days will not be accepted.

We recommend using your local postal service to return items to our facility, as postal carriers often have more flexibility when clearing items through customs. For your peace of mind, we suggest choosing an insured and trackable shipping option, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please be aware that the customer is considered the exporter of record from the destination country and is responsible for any charges incurred, including freight, duties, and brokerage costs, to return an item to the Apparelsfox Fulfillment Center in the United States. The title and risk of loss remain with you until the product is received at our fulfillment center.

To initiate the return process, please use the Global-E Returns Portal to receive a return label for your order.
