Our online store is quick, easy, and secure. Select your size, choose your color, and click “Add to Bag.” Your selected items will be added to your shopping bag in the top right corner of the screen. As you continue shopping, you can click the mini-bag icon to view your cart’s contents at any time.

When you’re ready to place your order, select “Checkout” and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You can choose guest checkout (no registration needed) or create a password-protected account to save your details for future visits. If you’re already registered, your account information will be displayed, and you can update your details anytime.

ORDER STATUS

Check on Your Order Anytime

You can easily check the status of your order by clicking on “My Orders / Order Status” at the bottom of any page. To find your order details, enter your order number, email address, and billing zip code.

If your order information doesn’t appear right away, it means we’re still processing it. Please check back in a few hours for updates.

Do We Have Your Email Address?

If you’re a registered user (or provided your email address when placing an order by phone), you will receive two confirmation emails:

  • The first email will be sent when your order is confirmed.
  • The second email will be sent once your order has shipped.
SALES TAX

We collect sales tax in states where we are legally required to do so. During checkout, all applicable taxes will be added to your order total.

BACKORDERS

The item is so popular that it’s temporarily sold out! Please check your invoice for the expected date when we will fulfill your order. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged for any back ordered items until they ship.

ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS

If your order has already been processed and you’d like to add items, simply place a new order. If you’d like to remove an item after your order has been processed, you can return it for a refund once you receive it.

Brands Available for International Shipping

Due to trademark and licensing restrictions, some of our product lines are not available for international shipping. Items shipped by third-party brands or that are on backorder are also ineligible for international delivery. Please note that Gift Cards and E-Certificates are not available for international shipping.

Placing an Order

Apparelsfox gladly accepts international orders for eligible products. The available product lines, shipping rates, and fees may vary depending on your delivery address. 

As you browse the site, the product page will indicate if an item is not available for international shipping. If you add an item that is ineligible for international shipping to your shopping bag, it will be removed when you proceed to checkout. You will be notified during checkout if items must be removed due to weight, size, or import/export regulations. You must remove these items from your shopping bag before you can complete your order.

Your order will be processed by our shipping partner, Global-E, who will convert our prices into your preferred currency, collect payment information, and calculate customs fees and import duties based on the destination country. For international orders, your credit card information is handled solely by Global-E and is not collected by Apparelsfox. See the Global-E Privacy Policy for more details. In certain cases, Global-E or its agent may request additional identifying information, as required by the destination country, to complete delivery. This information will only be used to process your order, and if you choose not to provide it, your order cannot be processed.

Once your order is completed, Global-E will ship it to you. If delivery cannot be completed, Global-E will attempt to notify you via the email address provided during checkout. You will receive a notification if your package is deemed “undeliverable.” Please ensure that your address and email information are correct during checkout. If **Global-E** cannot resolve delivery issues (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address), the order will be canceled, and we will refund the price of the items. Please note that shipping, handling, import fees, and duties are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods will vary by country. Available payment options will be displayed on the Order Review and Payment Page. Gift cards and e-gift cards available for U.S. customers are not eligible for international orders.
